Who are the cheapest insurers for young drivers? Tell me the best you have found and I can pass on the best advice I can. I am yet to have a pupil who has opted for a GPS based limited hours policy yet, can it make it cheaper? I'm not sure whether it does or not. Please let me know your experiences.
