I’ve added a new page to the site, terms and conditions. Nothing scary but clarifying my cancellation policy amongst other things. Cancellations can be a problem for driving instructors. Pupils often don’t realise the impact they have on the instructor who needs to keep the diary as full as possible to pay the bills that are payable if working or not, for example car payments, insurance etc.
All new pupils will be asked to read them and give their agreement.
